You will find that if you take the time to really make sure you are hiring quality people, even if it means that it takes you longer to hire someone, you want to be sure that you are doing so. You are going to spend far less time finding the right person than you will constantly firing and hiring the wrong people. So, take a little bit of time, talk to the person and choose the right person for the job based on the qualities that you want to see in your employees. This is going to be one of the most important things that you can do.
